Smart domain detection
Research the current site, enter a domain manually, or use the right-click menu on selected text and links.
Marketplace landers
Extract the offered domain from Afternic and other marketplace URLs instead of looking up the marketplace itself.
Registration and listings
View RDAP data with direct WHOIS fallback, then search supported sale marketplaces on demand.
Locally observed history
Keep up to 20 changed registration snapshots per domain on your device and compare field-level changes.
From an Afternic lander to the right domain
On an address such as afternic.com/forsale/seocourse.com, the extension identifies seocourse.com. It also supports common query, fragment, canonical, and page-title patterns used by marketplace landers.
Privacy by design
The extension runs only after a toolbar or context-menu action. Anonymous analytics are clearly presented before the first event, can be disabled immediately or later, and never contain searched domains, page URLs, page titles, marketplace names, raw lookup data, local history, or account details.
Independent lookup path
Requested registration lookups go to a dedicated Cloudflare Worker that queries public RDAP and WHOIS services without depending on the main Domain Details application. Marketplace search uses the Domain Details API. Locally observed history stays in browser-managed storage.
